It can't be a permissions problem because if I access the OWA I can access the mailboxes using the given steps. After a brief period, the shared mailbox will appear as a folder in the View list on the left side. Select the desired user from the search result list that appears and click OK. The shared mailbox is automatically available in the Folder pane in Outlook. Type in the name of the shared mailbox in the text box and click the Find button.
